If you’re interested, but still feel like you need more info to pull the trigger; here’s some frequently asked questions.

What drinks are included?

Iced cold brew and lattes along with organic lemonade. You can add matcha, chai, or custom drinks for an additional fee.

How far in advance should I book?

At least two weeks is ideal. If you are tight on time, ask anyway. If we are available, we will make it happen.

How much does it cost?

$500 for the first hour per 100 guests. $100 for each additional hour. Every event is custom quoted based on guest count, service time, and travel.

Is there a minimum guest count?

No. Small groups are welcome at the same starting rate.

Do you offer hot drinks?

Not yet. The cart is iced only right now. A mobile espresso setup is in the works.

What do you need on site?

A flat spot and a standard power outlet. Covered or indoor space is preferred. Clean water for hand washing is appreciated but not required.

Where do you serve?

San Antonio and nearby areas within about an hour of Refuge. Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Boerne, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, Schertz, Kyle, and Buda are all in range.

How much time do you need for setup and teardown?

Setup takes 60 to 90 minutes. Teardown takes 30 to 60 minutes.

What are the payment terms?

Full payment is due at least 24 hours before the event.

Can I choose flavors or customize the menu?

Yes. We bring vanilla, caramel, and mocha, plus occasional seasonal flavors. Tell us what you want when you book.

What milk options do you offer?

Whole milk and oat milk by default. Ask for a different option in advance and we will try to accommodate. Organic options available as well.

What about allergens or dietary needs?

Tell us ahead of time. Our syrups are organic and we will prepare with care.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Yes if applicable. Events more than 20 miles from Refuge include a $50 travel fee plus $0.50 per mile after the first 20 miles.

What is your weather policy?

We serve through light rain and normal Texas weather. If conditions are severe and service is not possible or you must cancel, we refund everything except custom event add‑ons. We can hold those for a new date or hand them off to you.
